What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, Use Live Chat or enter information on our site. Provide us with feedback on our products or services. We do not collect credit/debit/prepaid card details as all of our transactions go through PayPal.

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
In addition, only provide articles and information and we will never ask for credit card numbers.
We use regular Malware Scanning.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use ‘cookies’?

Returns & Refunds
You are eligible for returning an item within 14 days from the delivery date. If you want to return a product please contact email@example.com to inform you how to proceed. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product arrives damaged in which case we will try to identify who is responsible for the damage. If this is the case, the responsibility is on our end and we will cover the shipping costs of return.
If a customer has to to return an item, the item must not have been used and it must be returned back to ClutchToteBags in the same new condition in which it was delivered and it has to include all the items that were in the original package.
In any case if the returned product is missing anything from the original package or the product is damaged during return shipping due to the fact it wasn’t packaged properly, we will deduct the amount of loss and give the customer only a partial refund.
If an order has been shipped and you want to cancel your order, you must deny the delivery and once we receive the package back you will be refunded immediately. Since we are cooperating with multiple suppliers from around the world you might be asked to return the item to our global returns center or directly to the supplier’s location.

After you have placed an order through our website, the average order processing is 3-4 business days.
The estimated delivery for all products is ~ 2-4 weeks after shipment. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur due to increased traffic at postal offices especially during holiday periods around the world.
Customs Duty & Taxes
We are cooperating with a wide variety of suppliers from around the world and occassionaly the items are sent by the suppliers in order to avoid delays. Due to this fact, custom duties and taxes may be imposed on some orders. Customs duty and taxes, which vary from country to country, should be paid by the customers.
Payments are processed via the secure payment environment provided by PayPal® using any credit, prepaid or debit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute are accepted.
All orders are being sent via e-packet.
We may use, with the consent of the User and in accordance with the laws, personal information in order to send promotional and business information in relation to services rendered through our activities, also using automatic electronic communication systems.
